PORTARIA Nº 276/2023/GS/SEDUC/MT.

Dispõe sobre a Designação de Gestores de Contratos de Obras e de Manutenções Prediais no âmbito da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Mato Grosso.

O SECRETÁRIO DE ESTADO DE EDUCAÇÃO, no uso das suas atribuições legais e em observância ao que dispõe o inciso III, do Art. 58, §§ 1º e 2º e caput do Art. 67, da Lei nº 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, parágrafo único e Art. 102, caput e parágrafo único do Decreto Estadual nº 7.217 de 14 de março de 2006 e suas alterações.

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º DESIGNAR os servidores abaixo relacionados no Anexo I desta Portaria, para exercerem a função de gestor de contrato de obras e de manutenções prediais desta Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Mato Grosso:

§ 1º O acompanhamento e a fiscalização da execução do contrato consistem na verificação da conformidade da prestação dos serviços e da alocação dos recursos necessários, de forma a assegurar o perfeito cumprimento do contrato, devendo ser exercidos por representantes da Administração, expressamente designados na forma dos arts. 67 e 73 da Lei n° 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993 e do art. 6º do Decreto n° 2.271, de 7 de julho de 1997.

Art. 2º As demais designações publicadas nas PORTARIAS anteriores e não alteradas nesta presente PORTARIA permanecem ratificadas.

Art. 3º Os designados deverão observar e cumprir a Portaria nº 180/GS/SEDUC/2015.

Art. 4º A gestora contida nesta Portaria assumira a função na data de 20/03/2023.

Art. 5º Publicada, registrada, cumpra-se.
